Currently, Fixlers is available in parts of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, South Florida, Texas, and Arizona. We’re constantly expanding our service locations and are working on a consumer app that will be available soon.
Download the Fixlers app, create your account, and complete your profile to order your first service. You can also order a service by phone during regular business hours at: 888-683-8483. Please note, you will need to download the app to use Fixlers features such as project tracking, cashless payment, and more.
If there are no FixlersPros available or qualified to accept your service request, we will let you know within 24 hours. For more assistance, email services@fixlers.com to connect directly to a Fixlers rep during regular business hours.
When creating your service request, please include as many details as possible to customize your order. You can also send pictures, videos, or links to show your FixlersPro any requirements and/or preferences. The more information you can provide, the easier it is for your FixlersPro to deliver a job done right the first time.
It’s free to cancel anytime up to 12 hours before your service appointment. You will still be able to cancel at an additional fee within 12 hours of your scheduled service time.
Fixlers uses your ratings to personalize your service and FixlersPro experience. Remember to rate and review your FixlersPro after every job to let us know how it went—and make Fixlers work better for you. We’ll ask you about Rating and tipping a FixlersPro’s quality of work, customer service, and overall satisfaction. After rating, you can also add a tip and/or comments to show appreciation for a great job.
Looking for a specific service that’s not in the Fixlers system? You can create a manual request with your service details or order a service provider on a hourly basis to get the job done. For any questions about setting up a manual service request, chat with us through the in-app chat system, email us at services@fixlers.com or call us at 8886838483 during regular business hours.
We work hard to make sure your FixlersPro's are top-notch. If your FixlersPro hasn’t arrived or contacted you after 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment time, reach out and let us know! Your service request will be automatically resynced to complete your order with a new FixlersPro, or canceled at your request. We will also place a penalty on the FixlersPro. Any FixlersPro with 3 no-show reports is removed from our platform.
A little traffic can happen to anyone. FixlersPro’s may show up to 15 minutes after your scheduled time or reach out to you via the Fixlers chat to coordinate any delays. If a FixlersPro did not show up or contact you after 15 minutes, use the in-app chat to report the issue and receive immediate assistance during regular business hours. If your order included priority delivery, you will receive a full refund for your extra costs.

Yes, we offer a 48-hour warranty on any services performed by a FixlersPro, including repairs, installs, and more. If something goes wrong within 48-hours of your project - we’ll take care of it 100% on us (unless otherwise specified).

We expect our FixlersPro's to communicate with clients reasonably, calmly, and professionally at all times—no matter what happens on the job. If your client isn’t satisfied with your project, your best bet is to see what you can do to improve the finished product with some extra time and effort. If you need guidance for any reason, or if you believe the client to be at fault, please be in touch with Fixlers right away: by chat, phone, or email.

All FixlersPros applicants need to provide their personal information to undergo a Fixlers background check. We require you to complete a W9 to receive your payments. You are also required to upload a photo of your valid state-issued ID or driver's license.

Yes. The FixlersPro app is 100% required for all FixlersPros so that clients can easily hire and communicate with you. You may download the Fixlers Vendor app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
You will be able to select appropriate jobs from the Vendors App. You will also be required to choose a day, date, and time that you will be available to get the job done.
FixlersPros are paid once a week via direct deposit. Payments will be processed every Monday. Your deposit will go through on Tuesday with your earnings from the previous week [Sunday-Saturday].
Jobs are paid weekly. This means that jobs completed from Sunday to Saturday are paid on the following Monday. Payments are made via bank transfer and will reflect in your account on Tuesday (the next day).
If you are running late, you must inform your client immediately and reschedule if necessary. If you do not arrive at your client’s location or contact your client within 15 minutes after your appointment time, your job will be canceled. Each no-show incurs a penalty. After 3 no-shows within a month, your FixlersPro account will be permanently terminated.
